Use the ID Card Services Secure Documents link to upload a copy of your valid government issued photo ID and current photo. After a successful submission, you will receive a confirmation to the email address you provided. Your document must be in one of the following formats: doc, pdf, txt, gif, jpg, jpeg, or png. Reference the Photo Guidelines page to review instructions on how to properly upload and submit documents.
